Spit and polish

Commissioning a personal photo shoot has been on the top of my To-Do list for a while now. The straw that broke the camel’s back was yet another request for a pic for yet another speaker profile and conference prospectus which I am participating in.
So, last week I contacted @Jenty of Jeanette Verster Photography whose photographic genius I have been following on Twitter for nearly 2 years now.  I knew that Jeanette was the only person I could trust to get the job done, in limited time, and get it right first time.  She did not disappoint me.

Jeanette made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera and guided each and every movement and pose quite effortlessly.

The venue for our shoot was The Eatery in Parkmore, Sandton. The owners, Shayne and Matt, kindly gave me the use of their fabulous restaurant (I must add that I do frequent The Eatery just about every 2nd day).  Their food is always fresh, seasonal and always tasty. Thanks guys!

Please check out their websites and support them, not because you have to – but because you won’t be disappointed in the slightest.

  1. Nice shots! We did a shoot with @Jenty yesterday, was fantastic! And we will now also be putting aside time to swing past The Eatery…
