How women lead


In a world largely lacking in leaders (although abundant in opinions), it hardly seems a fitting time to continue the male/female corporate dominance while so many other matters such as governance are failing around us.  So, as a disclaimer, this is not a link to a feminist article but more of a diversity matter – a topic which is still not fully understood nor exploited for the right reasons.  The article I’d like to share with you is “How women lead differently, and why it matters” – I do hope you find it as enlightening as I did.
