One Month of Gratitude – my story.
I am grateful that Oscar is still with us after over 10 years. I still remember the day that Sebastian and I selected him from the breeder in Pretoria. (Sebastian was a mixed Havanna Brown-Oriental Black that I had saved from a terrible pet shop a couple of months earlier). Sebby never forgave me for making him share his space with a brother but it was for his own good (or so I told him). Ozzie is a pure Oriental Black (related to Siamese) with a head that looks far too big for his tiny body – and a boep hanging from that spindly frame. When he cries there is no other option but to give love. We like him that way.
